We believe in making your move as straightforward as your new life will be. Our fee schedule is designed for complete transparency, providing you with all the details upfront so you can budget and plan with total confidence. Review the list below to see the costs associated with your refined living experience.


Required Fees


  •  Non-Refundable Application Fee: $20 per applicant (must provide proof of income)
  • Security Deposit: One month’s rent
  • Amenity Fees: $75 per month (use of pool, gym & clubhouse, pickle ball court, pet park, garbage concierge service)
  • Renters Insurance: Required $100,000 (minimum) liability


Other Fees


  • Storage Fee: 6’x 6’ locker $75 per month – 6’ x 10’ locker $150 per month
  • Parking Pass: 1br-1 spot included, 2br-2 spots included ($50 each extra pass per month)
  • Pet Fee: $60 per month/pet (dog weight limit 40lbs) breed restrictions apply – 2 pet max


Utilities


  • Electric: Third Party - Resident responsibility
  • Water/Sewer: Third Party - Resident responsibility
  • Water: Third Party - Resident responsibility
  • Trash Service: Third Party - Resident responsibility
  • Verizon Cable & Internet: Third Party -Resident responsibility
